Hello, Tubby Tuna here. I would like to tell you my story. My mom (Tiny Tina) was running the streets several years ago and gave birth to me behind a school! A plea for help went out and my dad came to get me and my mom. He took us into his home with small dogs and other cats. I lived there very happily for a couple of years. Fast forward to today. My dad has cancer and is not expected to live past December. My dad is a very special friend of SCP so they are partnering to find us new homes. I am now in foster care with SCP- with my mama I am very happy to report:) I am very sad and miss my dad a lot. I hope to find a new home very soon so that SCP can intake other cats in the home. SCP will look out for us all- they are just trying to help us one or two at a time. So, about me - I am a big lug weighing in at over 18 pounds! So strange since my mama is so very small! I love everyone I meet - this includes small dogs and other nice kitties. I have silky soft fur and bright green eyes. My markings are absolutely beautiful, so says my foster aunts. I am low maintenance and love being an indoor couch-potato. I am a cuddler! If you are looking for a constant companion, I am your guy. ​The cat adoption fee is $110 (or $175 for two cats). Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Petco Clear Lake store located at 2410 Bay Area Boulevard (at Space Center). All cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV and feline leukemia, fully vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed and microchipped.
