Hi, my name is Zelda and I am super sweet, very, very smart shepherd mix! I'm still young, estimated DOB 4/1/2022. I absolutely love every person or dog I meet; they are just best friends in waiting. I don't know the word stranger. I know sit, down, stay, shake and come, I'm house trained and go into my crate when asked. I love to play with toys and doggie friends. I'm a young athlete and a fetching machine, so I need a family who can keep up with me and have prior dog experience. No apartments or townhomes, I need some way to use all of this pent up energy so a secure back yard would be better for me. No small children or cats since I might play too rough with them and might knock them down. Give me a chance and you'll have the best dog friend you didn't know you were missing.

Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 or $245 for puppies. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
