Rylee is a little doll. She has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This is a developmental condition in which the cerebellum of the brain fails to develop properly. The cerebellum is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. The condition is not painful or contagious. It causes Rylee to wobble when she walks. She doesn't use her back legs perfectly but it doesn't slow her down a bit! She uses the litter box as well! She is quite shy but responds very well to love and affection. She is excellent with other kitties and dogs. We are not looking to send her to a home with a large dog due to her condition.
The cat adoption fee is $110 (or $175 for two cats) which includes State of Texas sales tax. Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area. All cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV and feline leukemia, fully vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed and microchipped. If interested in one of our cats please feel free to complete an application, found on our website www.secondchancepets.org, and return it to us for pre-approval. We do not have a phone number so please email us at
