Hi! My name is Rascal. I am one of four puppies born to a homeless chihuahua stray. My siblings have been adopted but I am still looking for my forever home. I was born in December 2022. I was bottle fed because my mom didn't make it, sadly. I am very people oriented and ULTRA friendly. I have never met a dog or human I didn't like! I am a puppy so I chew everything but I am really smart! I am doing great with potty training and I am also excellent in a crate. I am very playful and love to destroy toys. My mama was a stocky chihuahua but we are not sure what breed my father was. I have a long and stocky body and I am short so I am likely a dachshund mix. I will likely top out at about 15 lbs once full grown. My tail wags non-stop and I am learning to walk on a leash - mostly, I just like to be held and snuggled:) Love, Rascal PS - I spend a lot of time on my back as I LOVE belly rubs!

Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 or $245 for puppies. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
