Gracie came to us when her owner could no longer care for her. She needs walks (she LOVES walks!) and exercise and she wasn't getting a lot of this. She would be wonderful as an only dog or she can live well with other nice dogs and cats. She is very respectful of kitties and pretty much ignores them. She plays well with other other playful dogs. She is estimated to be 4-5 years old. She had been passed around prior to living with her most recent older owner. This poor little girl needs stability. She is easy going and can adapt to just about any home. She is almost (95%) potty trained if taken out regularly. She loves to run around in the backyard, lay in the grass to get some sun, fling stuffed toys high into the air, jump up for treats, and take walks. She is friendly to everyone she meets but she bonds VERY strongly to "her person." She is not destructive and is pretty calm and quiet in the house. She does get the zoomies when excited and likes to run around the house with her toys (she also gets on all chairs, sofas, etc). She definitely loves (and needs) to sleep with her people. She will crawl under the covers and press her little body right up next to you. She is 100% a lap dog and is only 11.5 lbs. Her toy basket is full at the start of the day. By the end of the day, most toys will be all over the house. She loves to play fetch and will chase her toy and bring it right back! She can do this for as long as you are willing! PS - She also has a super cute under-bite!
