SCP Board of Directors
The Second Chance Pets (SCP) organization is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors which is vested with the management of the affairs of the organization. SCP is a 501(c)(3) corporation registered with the Texas Secretary of State on December 28, 1994. The SCP Board governs by a set of bylaws.
